Insane IllnessA Poem by Aly SkySuch an illness like this should be banished to hell Feeling joy at one point in time Then angry at everything that crosses my path I hate the intense feelings racing through my mind In such a way as though it suffocates
Suffocating; intensifying dangerous thoughts Extremely difficult to cope with all the missunderstanding people in my life Many questions asked, but never answered as shame falls upon me Too many ways to name what I have Manic Depression; Severe Bipolar; etcetera
As I await hope to come forth and overjoy me I will suffer in this tragedy Such a damned illness And I'm able to call it mine Live and let it be what it does, but don't let it devour your sanity © 2016 Aly SkyFeatured Review
