The InsideA Poem by TheActOfRandomness(::DLocked inside a tower, Far, Far away She waited impatiently, For her prince to come It was a summer night, And the stars were young She sat on the balcony, Looking into the hills Maybe just to see him, just a glance Of him riding his white steed, coming on horse back She paced back and forth, questioning her sanity Was he really gonna come, or was this all a dream? She sat on her bed, playing with her hair And heard a knock on her window, her prince was there! She quickly got up, just to see But her prince wasn't the man, she thought he'd be He was big and round, with small shiny eyes And she instantly fell in love, to her suprise She told her children, later on in life That its not the looks, but its the inside.
