Gerald Jampolsky once said "Love is letting go of fear" If love is letting go of fear then why am I so afraid to find love? Why am I so afraid to actually fall in love? Maybe it's because love is a powerful word that get thrown around like its a football on a Friday night football game. Love isn't a word that should be thrown around like it has in the past but its so easy now days to say "I love you" and not mean it because we all mistake the word love for something that it's truly not ment for. The definition of love to me is.. love is when a little baby grabs your figure with there little hand. Love is when your loved one is fighting for there life and you stand next to them every single day and you keep telling them that it's okay when maybe you don't even know the outcome. Love is when you would do anything for that person and know they would do everything in return for you. Love is something that grows over time. Love is a wet sloppy kiss from a dog because we all know dogs have nothing but love. That's why they always jump around in circles when you enter the room. Love. Maybe I fear for the word love because I fear that if I love someone so much that I might one day get so hurt that I just stop caring for other one or I just forget what the word love really means. You should never have fear when it comes to love because if you fear. That's not truly love. Love you shouldn't ever have to question. If you do then you really don't love that person or thing as much as you thought. I guess that just my opinion on what love is though. Love.... such a strong word. Its just a four letter word though and it has so much power. Its crazy when you think about it. Love. Hmmmm. Enough said.

I read it. And you ask some really good questions about love and put forth some really good descriptions of it... I'd say the feeling of having a cat purring on one's lap over a dog's sloppy kiss... but that's just me. lol
It's almost like the word "Love" could be replaced with the word "Complicate"
So instead of saying... hey I love you, wanna go out on a date... it would be... Hey, I'm kinda complicated over you.... wanna go out?
Yet, seeing it that way... It kinda makes it amusing.

Personally, I feel that true love is kinda of like seeing all the pieces of a puzzle suddenly forming into the picture. It's not rational, it usually doesn't make sense... but it creates a feeling of everything is okay... and nothing else matters.
