Courage to Try

A poem about trusting the unknown outside our comfort zone

Walking on air

each movement as light as feathers

and I wonder to a place  

just out of reach

unknown comforts await me where I have not been

and where I have, I depart with great haste

for there's nothing to be gained here

and so I take this leap of faith

into the distant future

hoping for courage to find me again
