Changed My Heart

Changed My Heart

A Poem by Aru Bansal

This love inside my heart I feel,
Not one on Earth
could ever steal.

Of all the ladies God designed,
had just the one
for me in mind.

It seems my heart found wings to flutter,
and words I fumbled
with and stuttered.

My heart her name could not erase,
the day I saw
her shining face.

It felt like I could touch the stars,
have power to end
all hate and war.

Love has caused my heart to change
and all my thinking
rearranged.
