Senseless Touch Series: Alcohol.

Senseless Touch Series: Alcohol.

A Poem by Lola
"

She was a pleasure every night and a pain every morning.

"
She was alcohol
On his tongue
Her residue
Distilled till dawn

Entering with
Burning desire
Inflaming his wild
Imaginations

He wanted her
Wholeheartedly
Entering his body bluntly
With numbness and
Intoxication

She was the reason
For his headaches
The reason for his
Instability

She dazed his eyes
And shot his vision
Blurry, like a last star
Ready to dissolve

He was addicted
To her influence
In a shot glass
Jolting her forward
Devouring
Her acidity

She was alcohol,
Of yesterday's residue.
Distilled until dawn,
On the wrong end
Of the toilet seat.
