After finishing up their tour by Přemysl showing Oumou the guest bedroom (this wasn’t explicitly written in the story), the two of them head downstairs, noticing that Ambrož finished with the dishes. Přemysl speaks in a tone that seeks clarification, staring at Ambrož in surprise at his help. Přemysl Line 1) You already finished everything? Ambrož answers happily, feeling productive for helping Přemysl out. Ambrož Line 2) Yes. It was no biggy. I also put the rest of the food in the fridge. Přemysl glances at the kitchen and dining table in shock at how sparkly clean it is. An idea comes across his mind, prompting him to plead for a suggestion. Přemysl Line 3) Please. Take the leftovers. Přemysl quickly goes over to his fridge, pulls the leftover food out, and hands it over to Oumou. He speaks desperately, glancing at Oumou convincingly. Přemysl Line 4) I insist. Ambrož glances at Přemysl confirmingly, understanding that he wants Oumou to accept the food because he doesn’t need it (since vampires continue living through the consumption of blood). Oumou accepts the leftovers with uncertainty, feeling bad about Přemysl's generous offer. She speaks in a tone that seeks reassurance. Oumou Line 5) Are you sure? Perhaps it’d be better if you kept these so that you could eat them another time? Přemysl answers confidently, dissipating any uncertainty from Oumou. Přemysl Line 6) I get where you’re coming from, but I won’t be needing this food. You’d actually be doing me a favor by taking it out of my way. Oumou replies in a manner of thankfulness, understanding Přemysl’s reasoning. Oumou Line 7) That’s really sweet of you, Přemysl. Your graciousness is much appreciated ♡ Přemysl glances at Oumou happily from her gratitude. Oumou speaks in a tone of sincerity. Oumou Line 8) I promise to return the containers. Squeaky clean at that! Oumou winks at Přemysl in a trusting manner. Přemysl speaks enthusiastically. Přemysl Line 9) There’s no need, but I guess that would leave all the more reason for you two to visit again! Přemysl speaks in a caring manner. Přemysl Line 10) It’s getting late. It’s time you guys retreat to your residencies. Oumou leans into Přemysl, offering him a tight hug of compassion. She thanks him affectionately. Oumou Line 11) Thank you for everything ♡ Přemysl embraces Oumou back, closing his eyes and smiling. He speaks appreciatively. Přemysl Line 12) I should be the one thanking you guys. Ambrož approaches Přemysl and Oumou, leaning himself into the both of them for a group hug. His warmth penetrates through all of them, transmitting his gratefulness. Ambrož Line 13) Thank you immensely for your efforts! Today’s gathering was splendid ♡ Přemysl pulls back from them, finalizing their goodbyes with a sweet message. Ambrož and Oumou exit Přemysl’s house, waving him goodbye as they all part ways. Ambrož and Oumou make it inside Ambrož’s car, with Oumou releasing a sigh of happiness. Ambrož questions Oumou curiously. Ambrož Line 21) So, what do you think? Oumou replies enthusiastically. Oumou Line 22) He’s amazing! I’m so SO happy I got to meet him today! Oumou speaks in a tone of faithfulness. Oumou Line 23) I’m excited about what’s in store through this connection! I’m looking forward to it flourishing*! *Refer back to episode 53, lines 95 and 96. Oumou Line 24) I think Lamine* and Přemysl would get along well. *Remember that this is Oumou’s brother (refer back to episode 12, line 87, etc). Ambrož smiles at the remark, speaking agreeably. Ambrož Line 25) I think so, too ♡ Ambrož starts driving the two of them home. Ambrož speaks inquisitively. Ambrož Line 26) I know it’s none of my business to ask, but what were you two doing while I was tidying up in the kitchen? Oumou speaks reassuringly. Oumou Line 27) It is your business, though. Přemysl gave me a house tour. That house is just so grand! I’m glad he lives in such a luxurious place. Oumou speaks in a manner of concern. Oumou Line 28) It makes me feel a little less guilty for leaving him on his own. But if he says he’s okay without us, and he clearly has proven himself after all these months, then there’s nothing to worry about. Oumou continues elaborating, speaking in an explanatory way. Oumou Line 29) We talked about our interests, and then he apologized to me. Ambrož looks at Oumou in surprise. Oumou speaks sentimentally. Oumou Line 30) I wasn’t really expecting it, nor did I think I deserved an apology because things mainly concerned you, but he gave me such a heartfelt one regardless. Oumou Line 31) I can tell he truly meant what he said, so I’ve forgiven him. Ambrož speaks in a touched and appreciative tone. Ambrož Line 32) Thank you so much, Oumou. Ambrož reaches for Oumou’s hand as he drives, interlocking his fingers with hers affectionately. Ambrož speaks in a manner of fulfillment. Ambrož Line 33) Words can’t describe how happy I am that you two are getting along. Ambrož Line 34) I’ve never felt this kind of sensation before, and it’s amazing. Ambrož Line 35) I treasure memories such as these immensely. Ambrož speaks gratifyingly. Ambrož Line 36) My brother and girlfriend getting along? How could I ask for more? Ambrož Line 37) I feel so spoiled. Everything's just falling into place ever so perfectly ♡ Ambrož pauses, feeling sharp pain afflicting his chest all of a sudden. His eyebrows furrow from the unexpected sensation. Oumou glances at Ambrož in concern, placing her hand on his shoulder. Oumou Line 38) Woah. Is everything okay? A grimm expression engulfs Ambrož’s face. Line 39) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: What a familiar feeling. Line 40) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: How long has it been since I ever felt this pain*? *This pain is similar to the pain Ambrož felt when he was turning into a vampire. Ambrož is confused. Line 41) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: But why do I feel this way? Line 42) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: I don’t think this is normal. Line 43) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: Just what in the world is happening to me? As Ambrož zones out, trying to assess his situation, Oumou calls for him in concern. Oumou continues calling for Ambrož’s name in worry, shaking his shoulder to get his attention. Oumou Line 44) Ambrož! Why aren’t you answering?! Ambrož jolts into reality, glancing at Oumou reassuringly, feeling his pang subside. He apologizes disorientedly, supplementing his reasoning for Oumou. Ambrož Line 45) Oh. Sorry. I got lost in my thoughts. Oumou rubs Ambrož’s knee consolingly. She questions him anxiously. Oumou Line 46) What just happened? Ambrož responds in confusion. Ambrož Line 47) I don’t know. I just felt a lot of abrupt pain hit me. Oumou speaks in a fearful manner. Oumou Line 48) You scared me. I thought you were having a heart attack or something. Ambrož speaks apologetically. Ambrož Line 49) I’m sorry. I was just shocked and froze. Oumou speaks precautiously. Oumou Line 50) That’s nothing to be sorry about, but I think we should go to the hospital. Ambrož speaks in a reluctant manner. Ambrož Line 51) I’m sure it’s nothing that serious. Oumou questions Ambrož in disconcertion. Oumou Line 52) How can you be so sure? Ambrož tries to come up with an excuse, responding awkwardly. Ambrož Line 53) Um. I’m just built differently. Oumou responds generously. Oumou Line 54) If it’s a financial issue, I can cover the expenses. That’s not a problem. Your health is more important. Ambrož speaks dismissively. Ambrož Line 55) It’s nothing of that sort. Oumou speaks sternly. Oumou Line 56) Then why won’t you go? This seems serious. It would put my mind at ease if you’d get a check-up. I just want to know that you’re okay. Ambrož answers apprehensively. Ambrož Line 57) This has happened before, and I ended up being “okay”. That’s why you shouldn’t worry. Oumou glances at Ambrož in shock. She responds frustratedly. Oumou Line 58) What?! Why didn’t you tell me?! Ambrož elaborates hesitantly. Ambrož Line 59) Because it happened a LONG time ago. Way before I met you. Oumou speaks in a manner of concern. Oumou Line 60) That’s even more concerning! After so many years, why would something like that resurface?! A puzzling look comes across Ambrož’s face. Line 61) Ambrož’s inner thoughts: That’s what I can’t seem to figure out myself. Ambrož speaks reassuringly, trying to calm Oumou down. Ambrož Line 62) I don’t know, but it's nothing for you to worry about. Trust me when I tell you I’m fine. Oumou pierces her gaze through Ambrož in frustration. She gently hits his shoulder, folding her arms and looking out the car window at her seat in irritation. Ambrož furrows his eyebrows in distress, letting out a sigh of exhaustion. He speaks eagerly. Ambrož Line 63) What can I do to make you feel at ease? Oumou replies sassily, giving Ambrož the stink eye. Oumou Line 64) You shouldn’t even have to ask. Plus, I’ve already said it! Go to the hospital and let a doctor examine you! Ambrož releases another sigh from Oumou’s relentless attitude. He comes up with a response, speaking reassuringly. Ambrož Line 65) Fine. If I feel this sensation again, I’ll go to the doctor and prove to you that there’s nothing wrong with me. What do you say? Is it a compromise? Oumou rolls her eyes, speaking in an aggravated tone. Oumou Line 66) I don’t know why you’re putting off such a visit. Just get things over with now so that we can have a verdict to lean on. Oumou’s eyebrows slant in despair. Oumou Line 67) I’m afraid that the next time this happens, it’ll be too late for you. Ambrož squeezes Oumou’s shoulder gently to console her. Ambrož Line 68) I can’t explain why*, but it won’t be too late. Just trust me. *With this statement, Ambrož alludes to what he’s withholding from Oumou (refer back to episode 10, line 69, and episode 22, lines 20�"26, etc). Oumou clicks her tongue in annoyance, comprehending Ambrož’s message. Oumou Line 69) Not this again. You say that for everything. It's getting old. Find a better excuse. Ambrož glances at Oumou nervously. Oumou speaks impatiently. Oumou Line 70) If you’re going to be this way, just get us home already so that I can examine you for myself. Oumou Line 71) You’re not leaving my sight tonight AT ALL. An expression of relief engulfs Ambrož’s face. He smirks, responding playfully. Ambrož Line 72) That I don’t mind~ Upon reaching their apartment complex, Oumou swiftly drags Ambrož in by the arm into her place. Once inside, with the two of them standing by the door, Oumou crosses her arms sternly and taps her foot impatiently, glancing at Ambrož anticipatively. Ambrož awkwardly stands in front of Oumou, gazing at her anxiously. Oumou speaks demandingly. Oumou Line 73) What are you waiting for?! Take your sweater off already! Ambrož glances at Oumou in shock. He speaks in a manner of disconcertion. Ambrož Line 74) I’m sorry. My sweater? Oumou responds in a snappy tone. Oumou Line 75) Yes! You were holding onto your chest in the car, which means the pain stems from there, duh! Oumou questions Ambrož hastily. Oumou Line 76) Do I have to take it off of you myself?! Because I will if you don’t hurry! Ambrož agreeably removes his coat, then takes his sweater, revealing his toned torso to Oumou. He glances at her flusteredly from the confusing request but willingly obliges to put her at ease. Oumou leans into Ambrož closely, analyzing his chest. She squints, rubbing her chin to keenly observe any issues. Ambrož speaks in a logical manner. Ambrož Line 77) If anything were wrong internally, I doubt you’d be able to see anything with the naked eye�" Oumou places her hands on Ambrož’s chest, feeling his warm skin engulf her hand’s temperature. Her eyes bulge in shock. She gazes at Ambrož in concern, placing her hands on his forehead to check his temperature from there. Oumou Line 78) You’re a lot warmer than usual! Oumou continues feeling Ambrož’s chest, trying to decipher his issue, distressed by his current condition. Ambrož tries to hold in his laughter, feeling ticklish by Oumou touching his bare chest intently. He lets out a chuckle from her touch, removing her hands from his chest to stop the tickles. He speaks playfully. Ambrož Line 79) That tickles~ Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don’t think this exam is leading to any conclusions. Ambrož leans into Oumou flirtatiously. He speaks teasingly, whispering at her to make her feel tingly. Ambrož Line 80) If you wanted to see me without a shirt on, you could’ve just said so~ Oumou blushes, her eyebrows furrowing in frustration from Ambrož’s slick tricks. She looks away from him, placing her entire hand on his face to cover it. She speaks offendedly. Oumou Line 81) How can you think something like this is funny when I’m out here, feeling genuinely concerned? Oumou tries to regain her composure, glancing back at Ambrož in irritation and removing her hand from his face. He gazes into her eyes seductively, smiling smugly. Oumou rolls her eyes in annoyance, speaking demandingly. Oumou Line 82) Go take a shower and do your routine or whatever. Oumou Line 83) Grab everything you need to spend the night here. Oumou Line 84) I’m on patrol duty for you. Hurry on, now. Ambrož smiles, putting his sweater back on and grabbing his coat before he leaves. Oumou turns away from Ambrož, parting ways with him in frustration. Ambrož sneaks up behind Oumou, embracing her in a tender hug. He places his chin on her shoulder, burying his face into her presence affectionately. Oumou’s eyebrows furrow from Ambrož's irresistible gesture, trying her best to restrain herself, not wanting to give in to retain her angry demeanor. Ambrož speaks lovingly. Ambrož Line 85) I’ll be back soon~ Try to relax in the meantime~ Ambrož plants a ticklish kiss on Oumou’s neck, breathing into her ear on purpose to further make her feel tingly. A shiver is sent down her spine, causing her to glance at him vexingly. He smirks at her smugly, reaching for her apartment’s door handle. Before exiting, he winks at her, then makes his way over to his place, shutting her door. Oumou falls to her knees, feeling like she melted after her flustering interaction with Ambrož. She places her hands on her head, feeling timid. Line 86) Oumou’s inner thoughts: That slick, Ambrož. He thinks everything is just a silly joke, huh? Oumou pouts her lips yearnfully, hugging her knees to her chest as she leans her back on her door. Line 87) Oumou’s inner thoughts: If only he had leaned in closer, I would have completely melted on him~ I just want to glue those soft lips of his onto mine forever~ Oumou gets hit with a wave of embarrassment. Line 88) Oumou’s inner thoughts: Ah jeez! Just what the heck am I thinking?! After the both of them do their nightly routines, Ambrož comes knocking at Oumou’s door with a bag of blankets and pillows, wearing his pajamas under a coat. She lets him in indifferently as he smiles at her in excitement. Upon entry, he notices the station she set up for him on her couch. Ambrož questions Oumou curiously. Ambrož Line 89) What do you have going on over there? Oumou responds nonchalantly. Oumou Line 90) That’s going to be your chamber for the night. Ambrož speaks playfully, nudging Oumou’s chest to tease her. Ambrož Line 91) Just what the heck are you planning to do with me? Oumou answers bitterly. Oumou Line 92) I obviously want to make you feel better. What else? Oumou elaborates in concern. Oumou Line 93) Your body is outrageously hot. I feel like you’ve come down with a cold or something. Oumou Line 94) Upon some quick research on my phone, I think you might’ve gotten heartburn while driving if you say what you think you have isn’t “that serious.*” *Refer back to line 51 of this episode. Oumou Line 95) It’s actually quite a common symptom for anyone who’s sick. Ambrož questions Oumou smugly, trying to look innocent. Ambrož Line 96) Come again? You said my body “is outrageously hot”? Oumou blushes, glancing at Ambrož in frustration. He smirks at her playfully. She abruptly grabs his hand, leading him over to the couch and pointing for him to lie down. He abides cheerfully, lying down and making himself comfy. Oumou sits herself on the ground to loom over Ambrož, removing his glasses before placing a hot rag on his forehead. Ambrož watches Oumou intently, smiling at her enthusiastically from all her pampering. She glances at him flusteredly, speaking in a manner of irritation. Oumou Line 97) It’d be ideal if you’d close your eyes. Don’t pierce me with that tempting gaze of yours. Ambrož lets out a chuckle of amusement, closing his eyes obligingly. Ambrož speaks flirtatiously. Ambrož Line 98) I can’t recall a time you’ve acted this way towards me~ I’m quite interested, to say the least~ Oumou rolls her eyes in annoyance. Oumou Line 99) This must be paradise for you, huh? Ambrož lets out a gentle chuckle. Ambrož Line 100) You said it~ I didn’t~ Oumou stays silent. After a moment of silence, Ambrož curiously opens his eyes slightly to check Oumou’s expression. He observes the sincere look of sadness on her face, causing his eyebrows to slant in guilt. He speaks in a heartbroken manner, reaching for Oumou’s hand reassuringly to rub it in consolation. Ambrož Line 101) Sweetheart, I know you’re worried about me, but I don’t know how many times I have to tell you that I’m fine. An idea comes across Ambrož’s mind, prompting him to speak charismatically.
