Přemysl asks Ambrož if it’s okay for him to pick him up at the park he was at with Theo to talk to him. Ambrož speaks to Přemysl suggestively. Ambrož Line 1) Can you please give me a second? I need to ask Oumou. Přemysl responds reassuringly. Přemysl Line 2) Of course. Take your time. Ambrož talks with Oumou, removing his phone from his ear and covering his speaker. Ambrož speaks in a hopeful tone. Ambrož Line 3) He’s asking if I can pick him up. He finally wants to talk with me! Oumou speaks in a manner of relief. Oumou Line 4) That’s great news! You should definitely pick him up wherever he is. Ambrož speaks in a tone that seeks assurance. Ambrož Line 5) You’ll allow me? Is it okay if I step out? Oumou speaks reassuringly, placing her hand on Ambrož’s shoulder to rub it in a confirming manner. Oumou Line 6) Of course it is. You don’t need my permission. Ambrož speaks considerately, hoping that this sudden turn of events doesn’t abruptly cut off their hang-out. Ambrož Line 7) We were in the middle of something, though. Oumou replies insistently. Oumou Line 8) It’s getting late anyway. It's about time we wrapped this up. Oumou continues elaborating thoughtfully. Oumou Line 9) Besides, this seems urgent. And this is your brother we’re talking about. Oumou smiles at Ambrož encouragingly. Oumou Line 10) Go see him. This is the moment you’ve been waiting for. Ambrož smiles at Oumou appreciatively, placing his phone back to his ear to respond to Přemysl. He speaks informatively, with notes of excitement adamant in his tone. Ambrož Line 11) She's allowing me to pick you up. So, where exactly are you? Přemysl responds gratefully, his voice full of relief. Přemysl Line 12) That’s great! Tell her I said thank you! Přemysl speaks informatively. Přemysl Line 13) I’m at a park. I’ll text you the address. I hope it’s not too much trouble. Ambrož responds reassuringly. Ambrož Line 14) Of course not. I’ll be there soon. Sit on a bench in the meantime so that I’m easily able to spot you when I arrive. Přemysl thanks Ambrož in a sentimental and appreciative manner. Přemysl Line 15) … Hey, so thank you so much for going out of your way to do this for me. Ambrož happily replies. Ambrož Line 16) Of course, Přem. Hang tight. The both of them end their call, with Ambrož standing up to leave. Looking at Oumou suggestively, he is disappointed that he didn't ask what just occurred to him. Ambrož Line 17) I should’ve asked Přemysl if it’s okay for me to bring you along, but I don’t think he’ll mind. Let’s get going. Oumou speaks in a tone of reluctance. Oumou Line 18) Don’t bother. Go pick him up on your own. I’ll be fine. Oumou speaks in an explanatory manner. Oumou Line 19) This is a personal and private meeting between you and your brother. Ambrož glances at Oumou sympathetically. He crouches down on one knee, facing her warmly. She smiles at him happily. Ambrož speaks in a tender tone. Ambrož Line 20) Thank you for being so understanding~ You have no idea how much that means to me~ Ambrož leans in to peck Oumou on her cheek. She smiles at him bashfully. Ambrož speaks in a helpful manner, wanting to make himself useful before he leaves. Ambrož Line 21) Let me help you take everything inside. Oumou speaks in a tone of determination. Oumou Line 22) I can do it on my own. Don’t worry. She continues elaborating encouragingly. Oumou Line 23) You should make haste. You don’t want your brother out in the cold this late in the day. Ambrož speaks reassuringly and suggestively. Ambrož Line 24) Good point. I’ll see you soon, Oumou~ If you’re feeling sleepy, just head to bed. Don’t stay up waiting for me. We can catch up on everything tomorrow. Oumou speaks in a faithful tone. Oumou Line 25) I’ll contact you to let you know. Drive safely. Ambrož sets to walk away, remembering something he forgot to tell Oumou. He stops in his tracks, turning back around to face her. He speaks happily. Ambrož Line 26) I almost forgot, but my brother said thank you for giving me permission to pick him up*. *Refer back to line 12 of this episode. Oumou answers joyfully. Oumou Line 27) You guys are silly for asking for my permission, but tell him that it’s my pleasure~ Ambrož winks at Oumou while she blows a kiss at him as he makes his way over to his car. Oumou brings in all of their s’more belongings inside, making her way into her apartment to unwind for the day. Ambrož gets situated in his car, pulling up Přemysl’s location on his GPS. He gets set driving to the park, feeling excited. Ambrož’s narration: Line 28) Přemysl calling me was so unexpected. Line 29) Even though I was having a great day already, knowing that he contacted me has made it even better. Line 30) I’m glad that things are looking up for us! Line 31) I can’t wait to patch things up with him. I've been hopelessly waiting for what seemed like ages for this. Line 32) I think that my old self, when I was first kicked out of our place, wouldn’t believe my current me’s circumstances. Line 33) It just really didn’t seem like something like this would happen*. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 91�"97, etc. Line 34) When Přemysl said he never wanted to see my face ever again*, I really thought that was the end of us. He had never spoken to me in such a manner, so I assumed the worst. *Refer back to episode 26, line 80. Line 35) But I guess he didn’t really mean what he said. I wondered what changed his mind. Ambrož’s lips curl into a smile, thinking positively. Line 36) I can’t wait to introduce him to Oumou and figure out what he’s been up to these past few months! Line 37) I hope he’s still attending school, safely arriving to and from it, and continuing to attend his occult club meetings… Ambrož arrives at the park, parking his car, and stepping out of it to find Přemysl. After wandering around the park for a bit, he finds Přemysl waiting on a bench for him. Ambrož glances at Přemysl in disbelief, feeling surreal for seeing him for the first time in months. Přemysl glances at Ambrož in shock, feeling timid about their first impressions of each other after cutting ties. The both of them approach each other, with Přemysl awkwardly standing in front of Ambrož while Ambrož leans in for a tight hug. Ambrož embraces Přemysl affectionately, his eyebrows furrowing sentimentally as he closes his eyes to savor their hug. Přemysl’s eyes widen in shock, not expecting Ambrož to hug him. His lips quiver upsettingly, feeling guilty for not reaching back out to him after all these months. He wraps his arms around Ambrož, leaning into his chest for solace. He bursts into tears, sobbing uncontrollably as they hug each other. Ambrož pets Přemysl as they embrace each other, consoling him as he cries. They stay in that position for a while, comforting each other. After Přemysl calms down from all his sobbing, Ambrož pulls back to get a good look at his face. He wipes his tears gently, smiling at him cheerfully. Přemysl smiles at Ambrož appreciatively. He speaks in a deeply apologetic manner. Přemysl Line 38) I’m so sorry about everything. Ambrož ruffles Přemysl’s hair playfully. He speaks in an uplifting tone. Ambrož Line 39) Get in the car. Let’s stop standing out in the cold. Přemysl questions Ambrož curiously. Přemysl Line 40) You know, I’m a bit shocked by how warm you feel. Were you always this warm? Ambrož glances at Přemysl in shock. Přemysl speaks inquisitively. Přemysl Line 41) “Let’s stop standing out in the cold”? Does that mean you can feel how cold it is outside*? *Since vampires' organs don't work, blood doesn't pump through their bodies; thus, they're cold to the touch (refer back to episode 2, line 73, etc, episode 19, details in between lines 34 and 35, and episode 34, line 42, etc). *Note: Vampires can only feel the temperature of their weakness, like fire and the sunlight (refer back to episode 6, line 94, and episode 48, line 14, etc). Ambrož speaks analytically. Ambrož Line 42) I can feel a slight cool breeze, but nothing unbearably cold. I don’t think I’d know either way since it’s been decades since I’ve felt a cold temperature on myself. Přemysl tilts his head to the side puzzlingly. Přemysl Line 43) Why do you feel warm? Ambrož shrugs, answering cluelessly. Ambrož Line 44) I have no clue. Oumou said the same thing earlier*, but I thought she was lying, until you said the same thing just now. *Refer back to episode 48, lines 7�"10, etc. Ambrož tries to come up with conclusions in his mind. Ambrož Line 45) We were having a campfire night, so maybe sitting by the fire is why I feel so warm. Ambrož’s eyebrows furrow, further analyzing his situation and figuring out things that don’t make sense. Ambrož Line 46) But either way, it’s strange because I shouldn’t feel this warm now that I’m away from the fire. I don’t know what’s up. Přemysl speaks in a crushed manner, thinking that Ambrož found the cure. Přemysl Line 47) For a second, I thought you were somehow human again, which is why you feel warm. Ambrož responds in a wishful tone. Ambrož Line 48) I wish. I can assure you that I’m still very much a vampire. Besides, if I had found the cure, I would have stopped by your place automatically, whether you liked it or not. Ambrož playfully nudges Přemysl’s chest. Ambrož Line 49) You would be the first person to know. Přemysl’s eyebrows slant touchingly. The both of them get situated in Ambrož’s car. Přemysl takes in a deep breath before delving into his apology. Přemysl speaks in a timid tone, thinking he’s being intrusive on Ambrož’s evening. Přemysl Line 50) There’s so much I need to say to you, but it might take a while. Is that okay? I don’t want to keep you up if you’re in a hurry to see Oumou or something like that. Ambrož responds reassuringly. Ambrož Line 51) Take your time saying what you need or want to say. There’s no rush. Přemysl nods his head hesitantly. Přemysl speaks in a manner of despair. Přemysl Line 52) Saying sorry isn’t enough to account for how much I’ve hurt you. Přemysl Line 53) I’ve come to my senses on my wrongdoings quite late, and I apologize for hurting you in the past about something I hadn’t realized was deeply wrong. Přemysl’s eyebrows furrow in remorse. Přemysl Line 54) I shouldn't have said what I said to you the night I kicked you out of the house. Přemysl elaborates ashamedly. Přemysl Line 55) There’s no excuse for my retaliation. I should’ve calmly explained myself, but I lashed out at you abrasively. Přemysl speaks in a wistful tone. Přemysl Line 56) Despite our differences, I should've respected your decisions regardless of whether I agreed with them, yet I didn't. Přemysl’s lips quiver as he speaks in a manner of guilt. Přemysl Line 57) Yelling at you, calling you hurtful things, invalidating your feelings… Přemysl speaks in a tone of desperation. Přemysl Line 58) I sincerely take it all back. Přemysl fiddles with his fingers in a fidgety manner, anxiously speaking. Přemysl Line 59) I should’ve tried to understand you rather than ostracize you for your uncontrollable feelings for Oumou. Přemysl speaks in a tone of regret. Přemysl Line 60) Sure, you guys hadn’t known each other for a while, but if being with her was enough for you to want to get close to humans, I should’ve trusted your desire*. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 22�"58, etc. Přemysl Line 61) People truly can hit things off quickly. I know you, and I did; thus, getting involved with her shouldn’t have caused so much objection on my end. Přemysl Line 62) I was jealous. I didn’t want you to get swept away in a relationship when you had me and the cure to work on. Přemysl speaks in a manner of immense sorrow. Přemysl Line 63) It was cruel of me to comment on that rather rudely. I’m so sorry. Přemysl speaks in an accountable tone. Přemysl Line 64) You brought up a good point about me not trusting humans but trusting your family with the knowledge of us being vampires*. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 46�"49, etc. Přemysl Line 65) I was in denial, stirring up excuses to somewhat justify my stubborn stance for us not to get close to humans, but that doesn’t make sense when I’ve trusted your parents in the past. Přemysl clenches his fist, feeling frustrated with himself. Přemysl Line 66) At the time, I thought you were inconsiderate for not considering the trauma I endured about my family being slaughtered by humans*, but now I realize I was the one being inconsiderate for not paying attention to the fact that your family did indeed let me into their lives with open arms, despite me being a vampire*. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 65�"69, etc. Přemysl speaks in a tone of guilt, his eyes glistening upsettingly. Přemysl Line 67) Family stuff shouldn’t be taken lightly. I’m so sorry for dismissing the impacts they have made in my life. Přemysl Line 68) They did so much for me, and I threw that out the window because I was upset with you for wanting to get close to humans. Přemysl Line 69) That was a very sucky thing for me to do, and I’m so sorry about it, though my apology doesn’t won’t retract anything I’ve said to you in the past. Přemysl droops his head down in dejection. Přemysl Line 70) I shouldn’t have made you choose between me or Oumou*. That poll was completely unfair to you. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 52�"58, etc. Přemysl glances at Ambrož in anguish. Přemysl Line 71) I also shouldn’t have said that I don’t regard us as brothers*. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 60�"64, etc. Přemysl Line 72) That was such a low blow. I’m sorry to have said it. I let my anger get the best of me. Přemysl reaches for Ambrož’s hand wistfully. Ambrož smiles at Přemysl sentimentally. Přemysl Line 73) You are my brother, Ambrož. We’ve been through so much together for decades. I shouldn’t have thrown that bond away just because I was mad at you. An expression of dismay comes across Přemysl’s face. Přemysl Line 74) I didn’t mean what I said when I never wanted to see your face ever again*. *Refer back to episode 26, line 80. Přemysl tries to reassure Ambrož, speaking about himself in a tone of disappointment. Přemysl Line 75) Your presence means so much to me. I was just angry and being dramatic. Přemysl Line 76) Saying that I was “praying on your downfall*”, and wouldn’t accept you if you’d “crawl back to me*” were such rude things to say. *Refer back to episode 26, lines 82 and 83. Přemysl rubs his head in distress, speaking in a manner of extreme guilt. Přemysl Line 77) I regret those words immensely. I don’t know what came over me to say such harsh things. Přemysl speaks in a deserving tone. Přemysl Line 78) I was humbled to have it backfire because here I am, crawling back to you when, at the time, I envisioned it being the other way around. Přemysl speaks in a deeply apologetic manner. Přemysl Line 79) I’m sorry for being so pathetic. You’d think that after all these years of being alive, I would know how to properly navigate such situations maturely, but I acted completely immaturely. Přemysl speaks empathetically. Přemysl Line 80) I can’t imagine how devastated you must have felt packing up all of your belongings that night. Ambrož speaks in a tone of consideration. Ambrož Line 94) You’re valid to have reacted to my opposition to your beliefs in disapproval. Ambrož speaks upsettingly, feeling sorry for Přemysl. Ambrož Line 95) You’ve gone through so much treachery. It’s only natural for you to respond in such a manner. Ambrož speaks in a manner of remorse, his eyebrows furrowing in frustration.
