Ambrož finishes getting ready for his date with Oumou, waiting until she knocks on his door to confirm that she’s also prepared. Ambrož is wearing a dark green long-sleeve polo shirt with black dress pants, a brown belt, and black combat boots. He pairs his outfit with the trench coat* and new watch* that Oumou gifted him. *Remember that Oumou bought Ambrož a trench coat for his birthday (refer back to episode 35, line 117. *Refer back to episode 37, line 16. He glances at himself in the mirror, trying to muster up some confidence for the date. He ruffles up his blonde hair, adjusting his glasses as he gazes at himself in the mirror. His body jolts when Oumou knocks on his door, signifying that she’s ready for their date. He approaches the door, glancing at the peephole to confirm Oumou is standing outside. He smiles at her happily, appreciating her beauty. He then looks down at her hands, noticing the bouquet of roses she’s carrying. His eyes spark in delight from her consideration. The butterflies in his stomach flutter in excitement. He gladfully opens the door up for Oumou, glancing at her in joy. Oumou blushes when she sees Ambrož, adoring his fresh outfit. Ambrož observes Oumou’s attire as well, adoring her white sweater, paired with her houndstooth patterned pants, gold jewelry, and the trench coat that Ambrož gifted her, along with beige heel boots. She hands the roses over to him excitingly. Oumou Line 1) These are for you~ Ambrož accepts the flowers welcomingly, bringing them towards his face to get a whiff of their scent. He lets out an “mmm” sound of delight from the delightful fragrance of the roses. Ambrož speaks in a manner of appreciation, smiling at Oumou in happiness. Ambrož Line 2) Roses always smell so fresh. Thank you for this gift! Ambrož speaks in a tone of guilt. Ambrož Line 3) I feel so ashamed. Why didn’t I think of getting you roses? Oumou speaks in a forgiving tone. Oumou Line 4) You’ve already given me enough. I just wanted to give you a traditional “date” present. Oumou speaks in an explanatory way. Oumou Line 5) I know it’s cliché to get you roses, but I didn’t know what else to get since the both of us don’t have a favorite flower*. *Refer back to episode 29, lines 30�"34, etc. Ambrož speaks in a grateful manner. Ambrož Line 6) It’s perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything better~ Oumou happily smiles at Ambrož. Ambrož speaks flirtatiously. Ambrož Line 7) Come a little closer so that I can show you how thankful I am~ Oumou blushes, glancing at Ambrož bashfully. She leans into him, allowing him to embrace his arms around her affectionately. She wraps her arms around him as well, engulfing herself in the scent of his cardamom perfume. They pull back, glancing into each other’s eyes yearnfully. Ambrož caresses Oumou’s face, gently rubbing his thumb on her lip. His eyes loosen as he gets entranced in a daze to kiss her. The moment he leans into her, Oumou closes her eyes and furrows her eyebrows in a flinch. Ambrož snaps back into reality, glancing at Oumou in guilt. He speaks apologetically. Ambrož Line 8) I’m sorry. Do you not want to? Oumou speaks in a cautious manner. Oumou Line 9) I do. It’s just my lipstick will most definitely smudge and get on your lips. Let’s save that for later. Ambrož releases a chuckle of amusement, agreeing to her request. Ambrož Line 10) You got it~ Oumou slides in a flirtatious remark, feeling bad for not kissing Ambrož. She glances at him shyly. Oumou Line 11) … As you questioned before, you’re allowed to kiss me whenever you want to. It’s just not as convenient to do it now*. *Refer back to episode 36, line 101. Ambrož speaks in a reassuring manner. Ambrož Line 12) Don’t worry. You bring up a good point. Oumou brings up the idea that comes across her mind. Oumou Line 13) I know this may sound strange, but can we pretend like today’s our first date ever with each other? Ambrož glances at Oumou in playful confusion. She explains herself in a charismatic fashion. Oumou Line 14) Let me explain myself. Based on our conversation earlier about how it’s been 2 months since we’ve known each other and how we’ve come so far by recently becoming a couple*, I’ve been so reminiscent today and think it would be fun if we pretend like today is our first date with each other. *Refer back to episode 37, lines 29�"31, etc. Oumou Line 15) Let’s act like this is our first time meeting each other. Oumou gets hit with the realization that her request may sound bizarre to Ambrož. Oumou Line 16) Or do you not want to? Am I being too weird? Oumou speaks in a reassuring manner, frantically clarifying any misunderstandings. Oumou Line 17) Don’t think that I’m implying I don’t like how things are between us; I definitely do, but wouldn’t it be fun if we immersed ourselves down memory lane? Ambrož releases a sigh of amusement, speaking in an agreeable tone. Ambrož Line 18) I get where you’re coming from. Let’s give it a go. Ambrož speaks in a compliant manner. Ambrož Line 19) I’m going to shut the door. Knock again so we can restart. Oumou glances at Ambrož happily for agreeing. He shuts the door, and she takes a deep breath in before knocking on it once again. She knocks on his door, with him opening smugly. Oumou lets out a chuckle of happiness, unable to take Ambrož’s act seriously. Ambrož speaks in a “cool guy” tone. Ambrož Line 20) Hey there, Oumou~ It’s so great to finally see you in person~ Ambrož extends his hand out for Oumou to shake it. She smiles at him for being in character, accepting his hand gracefully. She speaks welcomingly. Oumou Line 21) Good evening, Ambrož. It’s great to finally see you in person, too. Ambrož Line 22) Let me grab my coat so we can head out to dinner. Oumou speaks in a considerate tone. Oumou Line 23) Sounds good. You should most definitely layer up. It’s quite cold outside. Ambrož’s watch shines into Oumou's eyes as he puts his jacket on. She speaks in a playful manner. Oumou Line 24) That’s a really cool watch~ Ambrož matches her energy. Ambrož Line 25) Oh, thanks. Somebody really special gifted it to me. Oumou blushes. Ambrož heads out, leading Oumou to his car. The both of them get situated in it, heading over to a restaurant. Oumou speaks in a curious manner. Oumou Line 26) So, Ambrož, what are your aspirations in life? Ambrož answers Oumou’s question passionately. Ambrož Line 27) I just want to live it up. Make sure I savor every moment and appreciate it for what it is. Ambrož Line 28) I’m scared of taking things for granted. I want to seize every opportunity I get, which is why I’m so glad you agreed to go on this date with me. Oumou blushes, finding Ambrož’s words touching. Oumou Line 29) That’s very sentimental of you. I, too, am glad that I agreed to go on this date with you. Ambrož happily glances at Oumou. He returns her curiosity. Ambrož Line 30) What about you? What are your aspirations? Oumou speaks in a hopeful manner. Oumou Line 31) They’re quite similar to yours. I want to do the things I love and not lose sight of who I truly am. Ambrož Line 39) A very important person introduced me to such an activity, and it’s come to bring me a huge sense of amusement. Oumou speaks in a nosey tone. Oumou Line 40) May I ask why? Ambrož smirks at Oumou playfully. Ambrož Line 41) When you take the time and effort to do something for someone, it showcases your dedication and devotion. Ambrož continues to elaborate compassionately. Ambrož Line 42) There’s something so touching about doing such a thing for someone you sincerely care about. Ambrož Line 43) Not only is their reaction the cherry on top, but their appreciation opens up a new level of closeness that further fuels the bond you share with that person. Ambrož speaks in a manner of exhilaration. Ambrož Line 44) Something gets stirred within your chest. A potion of affection, if you will. Ambrož glances at Oumou sentimentally. Ambrož Line 45) Your trust in them becomes tighter, your feelings greater, your yearning for their company bigger, and they’re on your mind 24/7. Your words just seem to flow so eloquently. Ambrož releases a chuckle of happiness, fueling Oumou’s suggestion. Ambrož Line 49) That sounds lovely~ Although, I wouldn't want to publicize something so intimate. If I were to concoct some sort of literacy affiliated with romance, I’d give it to the very individual who evoked such emotions within me. Oumou speaks in a tender manner. Oumou Line 50) That would be such a sweet thing to gift to someone~ Ambrož winks at Oumou, with her glancing back at him bashfully. They arrive at the restaurant, with Ambrož swiftly getting out of his side of the car first to open Oumou’s door for her. He politely opens her side of the car door like a gentleman. He lends her a hand, speaking in a flirtatious tone. Ambrož Line 51) Let’s get going~ Oumou graciously takes Ambrož’s hand, glancing at him merrily. The both of them walk into the restaurant, getting situated at their table, once the hostess shows them to their reserved area. The both of them glance at the things they want to order to drink. Ambrož gazes into Oumou’s eyes as she observes the menu. She catches his glance, looking at him timidly. Oumou Line 52) Have you figured out what you’re going to order? Ambrož speaks fondly. Ambrož Line 53) I have. I was just admiring your beauty~ You look so gorgeous when you’re focused~ Oumou lets out a giddy chuckle. Oumou Line 54) … I’ll be having the lychee cucumber mint lemonade. What about you? Ambrož looks at Oumou in pleasant surprise. Ambrož Line 55) What a coincidence! I’m going to order that too! Oumou tilts her head in amazement. A waiter swings by their table, allowing them to order their drinks. Afterward, they browse the menu for the things they want to order as their main dish, figuring out their selections. Ambrož speaks in a fancy manner. Ambrož Line 56) I’m going to get Sole Meunière with a side of butternut squash risotto. Oumou responds laughingly. Oumou Line 57) What a sophisticated dish. Are you sure you’re even pronouncing it correctly? Ambrož shrugs, responding smugly. Ambrož Line 58) Did I at least look cool trying? Oumou glances at Ambrož nervously. Oumou Line 59) … I-I’ll just keep that opinion to myself. Ambrož looks at Oumou in shock, replying in a playfully offended manner. Ambrož Line 60) I see how it is then, missy. What are you going to be ordering? Oumou Line 61) I’m going to order the orange-maple glazed sea bass, with a side of cauliflower gratin. Ambrož tilts his head to the side agreeably. Ambrož Line 62) Looks like we’ll be eating seafood tonight. Want to order any appetizers? Oumou Line 63) I wouldn’t want to spoil my appetite. I’ll just wait till our main courses are prepared. Oumou speaks in a romantic tone. Oumou Line 64) However, why don’t we share a dessert tonight? Oumou smoothly reaches for Ambrož’s hand. He blushes at the gesture, glancing at her playfully. Ambrož Line 65) I wouldn’t mind that~ The waiter comes back again with their drinks in hand, allowing them to order their main dishes. They get their dishes ordered, allowing them to converse while they wait until it's prepared. Oumou speaks in a manner of interest. Oumou Line 66) I’m curious as to why you picked today out of all days to go out for dinner. How were you even able to find an operating restaurant? Ambrož replies alluringly. Ambrož Line 67) “A magician never reveals his secrets.” Oumou smirks at Ambrož playfully. Ambrož explains himself, speaking analytically. Ambrož Line 68) After exchanging gifts, what’s there left to do on Christmas besides waiting until dinner? Oumou nods her head, understanding Ambrož’s remark. Oumou Line 69) That’s a fair point. Ambrož further explains his reasoning enthusiastically. Ambrož Line 70) There’s something so exhilarating about getting ready for a fancy occasion. I wanted to feel those sensations again, so I thought that today would be the best day to do that, considering the holiday. Oumou glances at Ambrož intriguingly. Oumou Line 71) What an interesting thought process. Ambrož smiles at Oumou welcomingly. He speaks in a manner of appeal. Ambrož Line 72) The atmosphere of a restaurant contains such feelings of excitement. Ambrož Line 73) Observing all the other people here sheds light on how everyone is living in their own world. Ambrož Line 74) Each person is so unique, having different characteristics, experiences, personalities… Ambrož Line 75) There’s so much everyone has to offer. I find something so thrilling about that. Oumou frowns once an upsetting thought comes across her mind, prompted by Ambrož’s explanation. She speaks in an apprehensive tone. Oumou Line 76) On a deep note, does a part of you wish you were on a date with someone else rather than me? Ambrož looks at Oumou sadly. He speaks in a reassuring manner. Ambrož Line 77) Of course not. I’m perfectly content that I’m able to share this date with you. I wouldn’t want it to be anybody else. Oumou speaks in a tone of guilt. Oumou Line 78) Are you sure? What if there’s someone out there that you’d click with more? Ambrož continues reassuring Oumou passionately. Ambrož Line 79) If you and I crossed paths in such a manner, then it has to be you, not anyone else. Ambrož Line 80) You’re still here. And there’s not a morsel of anything within me that doesn’t want what we have together to continue growing. Ambrož explains himself devotedly. Ambrož Line 81) Because of that alone, the thought of a similar relationship with someone else never even crosses my mind because I am flawlessly fulfilled with this one. Ambrož and Oumou make their way over to the balcony of the restaurant after eating their meals and sharing a dessert together, feeding each other romantically. Oumou glances at the view from the height enthusiastically. Oumou Line 97) Wow! What a view! Ambrož speaks in a mutual manner. Ambrož Line 98) The city looks so alluring from this height. Oumoun speaks in a tone of gratitude. Oumou Line 99) I’m so appreciative that my eyes can gaze upon such beautiful scenery. Ambrož glances at Oumou intently, speaking in a romantic manner. Oumou Line 102) That’s something I don’t mind~ Ambrož leans into Oumou, placing his hands on her face gently to hold while he places his lips onto hers. The both of them close their eyes, letting their lips fold into each other, as they turn their heads, further establishing their kiss. Oumou wraps her arms around Ambrož’s neck, moving her body closer to his. Ambrož removes his hands from Oumou’s face, sneaking them around her waist as he embraces her affectionately. They move closer and closer to each other, deepening their kiss as they enjoy the pleasureful intimacy of the gesture. They come to a stopping point, glancing at each other shyly. Ambrož speaks in a joyful tone. Ambrož Line 103) Merry Christmas, Oumou~ Oumou returns Ambrož’s attitude.
