Sotsona and Casimir arrive at the rented dance room. Sotsona observes how decked out the room is. She replies in shock. Sotsona Line 1) Holy moly! When were you able to stir this up? Casimir Line 2) All I did was request that the previous attendants who used this room keep their decorations up for us. Sotsona looks around the room sentimentally, feeling the vibes. Sotsona Line 3) It really does look like a prom dance floor. Sotsona Line 4) You put so much thought into this. Casimir Line 5) You have to do things like this in your life once in a while. Casimir Line 6) Of course, I had to go all out. Casimir extends his hand out to Sotsona. Sotsona blushes. He speaks in a thrilled tone. Casimir Line 7) Shall we get dancing? Sotsona shyly takes Casimir’s hand. He leads her to the center of the dance floor. Line 8) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: The only thing this place is missing is some people. Line 9) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: But I guess that’s for the better, since I’d rather have it just be him and I. Sotsona happily looks at Casimir. Line 10) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Plus, I don’t need anyone else here besides Casimir. Line 11) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: He’s already blown my expectations off the roof so far. Line 12) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: I know he’ll find a way to make this night feel even livelier even though we have an absent crowd. Casimir connects his phone to the room’s speakers, playing some dancing music for them. He smiles at Sotsona, with her shyly smiling back at him. Sotsona Line 13) Can you lead? I don’t know how to dance all that well. Casimir happily responds. Casimir Line 14) Of course. I can even teach you along the way. Casimir takes Sotsona’s hands and places them on his shoulders. He places his hands on her waist. He leans closer to her, and she blushes. She responds in a flustered manner. Sotsona Line 15) H-How do you even dance on an occasion like this? Sotsona Line 16) You can’t just hit the robot several times and expect that to be enough. Casimir laughs from Sotsona’s remark. Casimir Line 17) You know what? You could. There are no rules saying something like that is not allowed. Sotsona Line 18) Well, maybe if you want to look like a buffoon. Casimir speaks in a reassuring voice. Casimir Line 19) As long as you’re having fun. There aren’t any restrictions. Casimir Line 20) I already told you, I dance like no one’s watching*. *Refer back to episode 64, line 40. Casimir abruptly twirls Sotsona and dips her. Sotsona is caught off-guard with this dance move. She looks at Casimir in shock. Casimir replies in an excited tone. Casimir Line 21) Get ready for hurricane Casimir. Casimir brings Sotsona back up and leads her to the side. Casimir Line 22) Just copy what I’m doing. Sotsona looks at Casimir in embarrassment. Line 23) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: What the heck is he doing? Line 24) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: I’m starting to think that maybe he rented this private dance floor because dancing is so awkward. Line 25) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Seriously! How do people do this so nonchalantly? Casimir attempts to do a crossed arm slide with Sotsona (also know as the bowtie). Casimir steps his left foot past Sotsona, while bringing his arms up as he stretches them out. Casimir Line 26) Do the same thing as me. Sotsona tries to do the same thing. Casimir puts his left arm over his head and right arm over Sotsona’s head, letting their arms rest on each other’s shoulders, facing opposite directions. They twirl around with each other as Sotsona gets the moves right. Casimir Line 27) Now slide off. Casimir releases his left hand, letting the both of them slide off of each other’s shoulders as they continue to twirl around. Once Sotsona slides off, Casimir gently holds her hands. They face the same direction as Casimir brings himself closer to Sotsona, extending one of his arms out as they continue to hold hands. Sotsona copies him. Casimir dances in, then pulls out, holding Sotsona’s hands and changing which one gets extended. They twirl around in that position. Sotsona looks at Casimir in pleasant shock. He happily smiles at her, bringing her closer to him. Her grabs the tips of her fingers in both of his hands and brings them over his head. He turns Sotsona so they’re facing back to back, continuing to hold their hands together. They twirl in that position holding each other throughout the dance floor. Casimir brings Sotsona back to their original dancing stance. He smiles at her. Casimir Line 28) So, what do you think? Sotsona looks at Casimir in surprise. She lets out a suppressed laugh. Casimir smiles back at Sotsona even though he’s confused as to why she’s laughing. Casimir Line 29) Are you really enjoying it that much? They continue to dance around with each other while they talk. Sotsona Line 30) Do you really want to know what was going through my head? Casimir eagerly nods his head. Sotsona Line 31) I spoke too soon and thought you were a bad dancer from how awkward things were at the start. Casimir looks at Sotsona in a playfully offended manner. Sotsona speaks in a reassuring manner. Sotsona Line 32) I take that back. Sotsona leans in a bit closer to Casimir. He blushes from this unexpected move. Sotsona Line 33) You’re actually pretty good. I just didn’t know what to expect. Casimir’s eyes glisten hearing Sotsona compliment him. He snaps out of his trance, dipping Sotsona out of the blue again and even more abruptly than before. He looks down at her and she blushes. He speaks in a smug manner. Casimir Line 34) I’m putting you on the spot today for thinking that way. Casimir brings Sotsona back up, unbinding her from his grasp. He slightly moves his shoulders to the beat of the song, feeling the rhythm deeply. He does some footwork to go along with his jig too. Sotsona looks at him in embarrassment, standing awkwardly in front of him. Line 35) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Why is dancing so embarrassing? Casimir Line 36) Don’t just stand there. Join me. Sotsona responds in a timid manner. Sotsona Line 37) But what do I do? Casimir speaks in a reassuring tone. Casimir Line 38) Just free style. Sotsona’s body language becomes reserved. Casimir notices her demeanor. He speaks in a comforting manner. Casimir Line 39) You’ll never learn if you don’t have any first hand experience. Casimir Line 40) Would it be better if you closed your eyes? Sotsona Line 41) I guess. It would be better if you closed yours too. Casimir Line 42) Fine. I’m not looking. Sotsona observes Casimir close his eyes. She hesitantly closes her eyes, knowing Casimir won’t peek. Casimir continues to dance freely. Line 43) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Just dance to the beat. However your heart desires. Sotsona rolls her shoulders, feeling tense. Line 44) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Let loose, you rigid cardboard! Line 45) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Nobody is watching. So, dance like no one’s watching. Sotsona moves her body naturally to the beat. She relaxes her muscles and lets the music consume her dance. Casimir opens his eyes, getting a peek at her. He tries to hold in his laugh watching her dance stiffly. He dances along with her, smiling immensely from enjoyment. Line 46) Casimir’s inner thoughts: What’s there to be shy about? Line 47) Casimir’s inner thoughts: She just needs some more confidence. Line 48) Casimir’s inner thoughts: If she were drunk, she’d do this in a heartbeat. Line 49) Casimir’s inner thoughts: She should let down that composed facade with me. Line 50) Casimir’s inner thoughts: I want her to let loose. Act rambunctiously without any second thoughts. Casimir intently admires Sotsona’s dance, getting caught in a trance-like state again. Line 51) Casimir’s inner thoughts: Everything she does looks good. Casimir blushes. Line 52) Casimir’s inner thoughts: Does she know how beautiful she looks when she dances? Sotsona opens her eyes. Casimir’s eyes bulge in surprise from being caught. Sotsona stops dancing, looking at Casimir in an offended way. Sotsona Line 53) Have you been watching me this whole time? Casimir closes his eyes and pretends to act like he wasn’t watching her. Casimir Line 54) I just opened them slightly to re-adjust. I didn’t see anything. Sotsona speaks in a confident manner. Sotsona Line 55) Liar. You set me up. Casimir Line 56) At least I warned you by saying I was going to be putting you on the spot today. Casimir opens his eyes, smiling, seeing Sotsona’s mad face. He grabs her hand, bringing her closer to himself. Casimir speaks in an encouraging manner. Casimir Line 57) Why can’t you just dance like that without closing your eyes? Casimir Line 58) You’re a lot better than you think you are. Casimir Line 59) Come on! Don’t be a party pooper. This is your prom night. Casimir Line 60) The one and only! Casimir Line 61) You better dance you heart out! Sotsona can’t help but break into a smile from Casimir’s mood. She goes back into laughing. Line 62) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: He’s right. This is Casimir, after all. Line 63) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: I’ve done far worse in front of him before. Line 64) Sotsona’s inner thoughts: Dancing should be no big deal. Some time goes by as they continue to have fun with each other and dance. Then, Casimir puts on a slow dance song. He gives Sotsona a sneaky smirk. Casimir Line 65) It wouldn’t be prom without a slow dance. Casimir brings Sotsona closer to himself. They are inches away from each other. Sotsona blushes immensely. He puts her arms on his shoulders, placing his hands on her waist again. Casimir looks up at Sotsona, wholesomely smiling. Casimir Line 66) Are you having fun so far? Sotsona can’t help but smile back at Casimir. Sotsona Line 67) I am having fun. Sotsona Line 68) All thanks to you, of course. Casimir blushes. Casimir Line 69) Come closer to me. Sotsona hesitates, blushing immensely, but leans into Casimir. Casimir gently holds Sotsona’s head, leaning her body closer to his. Casimir Line 70) This is how you properly hold someone for a slow dance. Sotsona blushes, feeling ticklish from the position they're in.. Sotsona Line 71) So, I’m just going to be in this position with you the whole time we do this? Casimir speaks in an assertive tone. Casimir Line 72) It’s mandatory. Sotsona Line 73) Fine. But only because it’s prom. They intimately hold each other or the slowdance. They wrap up their dancing for the day and eat some take out together on the roof of the rented dance building. Sotsona breathes in the fresh air. She happily observes the scenery from their height. Sotsona Line 74) The sky looks so clear even though it’s dark out. Casimir Line 75) That’s true. How strange it is for the sky to look so bright at night. Casimir glances back at Sotsona. She smiles back at him, speaking in a genuine tone. Sotsona Line 76) Today was fun, Imir. Sotsona Line 77) You did a really good thing for me. Sotsona Line 78) I just want you to know how much I appreciate it. Sotsona Line 79) When you were planning today's agenda, you gave me a lot of thought. Sotsona Line 80) Even down to the promposal poster. Sotsona gently grabs Casimir’s hand, speaking to him affectionately. Sotsona Line 81) That was super sweet of you. I’m very happy. Casimir blushes. Sotsona Line 82) I won’t look back at prom as being a bad memory. Sotsona Line 83) Because I have this memory to substitute those sad times. Sotsona Line 84) The past, present, and future versions of myself thank you for doing this. Casimir scoffs, playfully rolling his eyes at Sotsona. Casimir Line 85) I know you’re only buttering me up because you want to get down to confession time. Sotsona laughs. Sotsona Line 86) You’re partially right, but I still mean what I said. Sotsona leans on Casimir’s shoulder. He blushes, being caught off-guard. Sotsona Line 87) I mean everything I say to you. A moment of silence passes between them. Casimir speaks in a nervous tone. Casimir Line 88) S-So, I guess it’s time I tell you what happened that night. Casimir speaks in a cocky tone. Casimir Line 89) Unless you want to go first, that would be proper manners since you’re a lady. Sotsona speaks in a playful manner, curiosity etched on her face. Sotsona Line 90) Actually, I think it’s best if you go first. Sotsona speaks in a shy tone. Sotsona Line 91) What I have to say relates to what you’re about to reveal to me. Casimir changes the subject. Casimir Line 92) How do you know what I’m about to reveal to you is? Sotsona mimics Casimir’s voice. Sotsona Line 93) “Just a hunch.” Your words. Not mine*. *Refer back to episode 65, line 13. She playfully nudges his chest with her elbow. Sotsona Line 94) Stop changing the subject. It’s your time to talk, so spill. Casimir speaks in a flustered manner. Casimir Line 95) Maybe it’s better if I show you instead. Sotsona looks at Casimir in confusion. Casimir pulls out his phone, clicking his photo gallery app. He blushes immensely. Line 96) Casimir’s inner thoughts: How did my past self know that keeping this photo hidden was the right move*? *Refer back to episode 40, line 98. Line 97) Casimir’s inner thoughts: I couldn’t bring myself to delete it. Line 98) Casimir’s inner thoughts: Deep down, I was confident enough to think that I would win Sotsona over. Line 99) Casimir’s inner thoughts: Although, the mood seems to be right, I can’t know for certain about anything until I show her this photo. Casimir pulls up the photo and sighs. He passes his phone over to Sotsona and she takes a look at the photo*. *The photo is of Sotsona kissing Casimir’s cheek when they were taking a picture with each other from a view in Palau (refer back to episode 38, details in between lines 104 and 105). Sotsona looks at the picture unfamiliarly. Her eyes widen in shock when she notices what she’s doing to Casimir in the photo. She blushes immensely. She awkwardly responds to Casimir, looking away from him. Sotsona Line 100) U-Uh. I get why you kept this hidden from me. Sotsona speaks in a desperate tone. Sotsona Line 101) If you don’t mind, can we forget that it ever happened? Casimir Line 102) This is just one part of it. A disappointed expression engulfs Sotsona’s face. Sotsona Line 103) Great. So I did something even worse? Casimir’s face flushes red. He speaks in a nervous tone. Casimir Line 104) Actually, it was more my doing. Casimir tries to gather his wits. Casimir Line 105) Ona, look at me. Sotsona looks at Casimir in a flustered manner. Casimir leans in closer to Sotsona, causing her face to flush red. Casimir tucks a piece of her hair behind her ear. He speaks in a soft voice. Casimir Line 106) Is it okay if I remind you? Sotsona gets caught up in the moment. She nods her head without thinking twice. The both of them blush immensely at each other. Casimir Line 107) Close your eyes. Sotsona closes her eyes softly. Casimir gently grabs her face. He leans into her, pressing his lips onto hers. They let their lips fold into each other’s, engulfing each other’s mouths into a passionate kiss. Sotsona puts her hands on Casimir’s shoulders, squeezing his body. Casimir moves his hands onto Sotsona’s waist, trailing up her back as they continue to kiss each other. They tilt their heads in opposite directions, slightly bumping their noses together.
