Broken

I seem to write this word a lot

Broken

But is it so hard to understand that I'm

Broken

For my wings are no longer real...

Broken

It's the only thing I feel

Broken

For once it's so very real

Broken

For my mended heart is breaking 

Broken

My halo is no longer above my head

Broken

For all those times I wished for someone dear

Broken

For everything I have is 

Broken
