JulieA Poem by lawrence bearI kiss you while you sleepI woke up this morning, hugging only the air. A letter you wrote, only remains there. *I kiss you* I kiss you, While you sleep. My heart, You keep. Words cannot foretell, what may or in thought. But I do know, our ending, is not. Our worlds are different, lives spent apart. Only time will tell, when our beginnings start. I'm sorry, but I must leave. I will come back, you must believe. I kissed you, while you slept. The tears I had, a departure we must accept. I kiss you, While you sleep. My heart, You keep. ** # I couldn't help it, the tears I cry. So much sorrow, perhaps I'll die. I held it close, to my heart. My world, once torn apart. A life, taken from me. A car crash, that happen to be. I understand now, I must let go. My heart, I once did not know. I may be Brokenhearted. But I love you, my dearly departed. Tears sometimes stain, But memories, always remain. *I kiss you* I kiss you, While you sleep. My heart, You keep.Words cannot foretell, what may or in thought. *Julie* © 2013 lawrence bearAuthor's Note
