Killer WithinA Story by lawrence bearYour fear, is my supplement
When I don the mask I feel I’m superior, The look of fear in their faces is what drives me, Keeps me alive inside. I hide in the shadows, lurk and wait. And when the time has come, My face pops out just for them to see the blackness of my eyes, The mask I put on. Then as my blade glimmers in the moonlight, I step out from the darkness and pursue my victim. That look of fear is what drives me, Ignites me, and gives me energy to kill. The feeling, The rush I get when I penetrate my blade into their body. Those looks in their eyes, The hopelessness they have. I am ruthless, I am dark, Evil, I have no soul, No heart, And my mask is the last thing you will see. A killer within. © 2010 lawrence bear |
