The Digestion of Humanity

The Digestion of Humanity

i write words of plastic.

my lips utter jabberwocky.

there is no wrong or right

no concrete truth.

all is falling

upwards.

into a bottomless pit

belching out the strangest things

a red-painted rocking horse, an eyeglass with no edge

grape juice-stained jeans, Marilyn Monroe’s smile

my mother’s beating heart

and a clock ticking backwards.

a clock ticking backwards.

into the future the lion prowls

ravishing away at time.

first the big hand stops

and then the small hand stops.

a ninety degree angle is inched at between the 3 and the 6

and then the inverse occurs.

i see a crevice

gorging itself on creation.

the lies have conquered

I wrote this poem in probably under fifteen minutes, therefore I was literally spitting out words on paper. Thoughts?
