Infinity

Infinity

A Poem by Aimee Robinson
"

This is a poem inspired by my 10th grade English teacher. One day in class, he challenged us to ponder infinity and what it is for our journal entry. And this is what I came up with.

"

Infinity

falling outward

into

black nothingness

a paradox within itself.

insomnia

and

everything.

a million words

multiplied

by the

immeasurable

1,000,000,000,000…

equal zero.

worthless,

dead.

a masquerade

reflecting

the impossible.

never beginning.

never ending.

Infinity

This is fantastic. Short and to the point unlike what I imagine "infinity" to be, but you really got the point across.
