I hate it and the flow isn't right, but I'll post it anyway, I guess.

Broken pieces,

Shattered display,

All that was lost

In utter decay,

You'd see my pain

In the light of this day,

Why I hurt,

All of these things inside of me.

My pain isn't worth these lies,

So I shut you out,

Hiding the fear in my eyes.

These torn scars,

Breaking my heart,

For my pain was yours,

Even from the start.

So afraid of what you'll do,

Knowing that I hide from you.

Yes, I say I'm torn apart,

A shattered,

Beaten,

Broken heart,

But if you ever look inside of me,

I promise you you'll never see.

This pain, it hurts more than you know,

And for you, I'll never show.
