Don't See

Don't See

A Poem by ~DeathByButterflies~

This isn't what I wanted,

I feel your haunting eyes,

Seeing in the darkness

The falseness of my disguise.

Go back to where you started,

This wasn't supposed to show,

You weren't supposed to know,

This is where I hide.

Try to forget,

You don't need to see this side.

It isn't worth it,

Being dead but alive,

And if you see,

You might take the blame,

And I would find sorrow

In every past shame.

Crying, for you,

Don't look at me.

I gave up life

So that you can be

What you want,

And not see me.

About
I guess you could say I'm just a kid that likes to write poetry. I'm little more than that, really. I write how I feel, and feel how I write. It may not always be the best decision, or the best writin.. more..
