Still Broken

Still Broken

A Poem by ~DeathByButterflies~

How would you know?
What would you say,
If you knew,
If you could see,
What was inside.
If you found the shattered pieces,
Of who I used to be.
What I once was
Is not for anyone to see.
I tried to share my life,
Give it hope and not the knife.
Now it seems that was wrong.
My answer was not right.
I should've left it,
Should've died,
Before you could see my painful life.
Now it's too late,
No one can turn back,
And all I knew and ever saw,
Whining to be let out.
I can't do it,
I'm sorry.
You've seen enough,
This life of hurt,
And I'll turn away,
So no more is shown.
Leave,
Don't see.
It will only hurt you more.
And all I was to do is set you free,
Forevermore.

About
I guess you could say I'm just a kid that likes to write poetry. I'm little more than that, really. I write how I feel, and feel how I write. It may not always be the best decision, or the best writin.. more..
