Left Behind

I have no idea what this one is supposed to be. It seems slightly random to me.

Leave it all behind,
All your pain and sorrow.
Throw it to the wind,
And let everything go.
You don't need it anymore,
These things are holding you back.
Be free,
Leave this place.
Never tread here again.
All you have ever known
Is only causing pain.
Leave now and forget
Who left you in the rain.
Your sea of tears
Is slowly diminishing.
All that is left to say
Will be forgotten.
Leave your life,
Find a new one.
Hold your life and start anew.
May you never come back here,
Young One of the Ocean.
Find your life among those in the sea.
