You

You

A Poem by ~DeathByButterflies~
"

Short, sweet, and to the point. An old one, and not one of my best.

"

I wonder if you know,
If you ever knew,
But the true me is gone,
Burst into happy lies.
You watch me fall,
Every day a new surprise.
Holding on so tightly,
All I do is cry.
And I wonder,
I truly do,
If you ever knew me,
As I knew you.
