That guy

One day she met this guy

When she saw him she felt like she was die.

The way he talked

The way he walked

The way he looked her in the eyes and told her he wasnt gunna lie.

When she was with him that's the only place she wanted to be

She thought no one would love her as much as he.

They spent happy days and nights together

Thinking they were going to last forever.

But the day came and things got rough

She new exactly what he was thinking when he said "This is gunna be tough."

He broke her heart one night

He said everything was gunna be alright.

All she could do was cry

Dont tell her you love her if all your gunna do is lie.

This poem is sad all the way through. It gives the feeling so that you know what will happen in the end. Instead of telling a story, I think you should write this as a girl narrarating her relationship. It would be more powerful and the devistation would be more crushing. I love you ryhmm. It is so whimsical and fun, so unlike the rest of your poem.
