Destroy Itself

Destroy Itself

A Poem by Psychostasis

I found myself alone again
Head in my hands
Knees under my chin
Hiding from myself

Torchering my self inflicted wounds
by digging my nails into them
Biting at my tongue
Trying to sever its veins

Who put this thing here?
it is disgusting
let it destroy itself
it can't be me

no...

the blade will sever the tendons
inside its throat
let it slide the blade across
it will feast on itself

How could this happen to me?
