Snowflakes

An older poem of mine.

Snowflakes

 

Soft twirling crystals

Flying through the sky

Land in my hair

And one in my eye

White and puffy

Like a cloud

Blanketing sweetly

On the ground

Each one different

In their own way

Just like most things

Grown every day

Cold as ice

Soft as a pillow

If you don’t read this

And still don’t know

Then you should know

That it is snow
