Inebriated Longing

Inebriated Longing

A Poem by Roy

How I wish I could tell someone
In words that can be comprehended
That all my life has been worth living
Due to the one essence that never faded
From my thoughts, my wishes, my longings.
But I hear she's with someone else
I need only tell you, my love,
When the world ends, I will be still there
Waiting for you.
