Poem for Alexis Pilkington

Poem for Alexis Pilkington

A Poem by Alice
"

After I heard about Alexis I almost died inside... So I decided to write this instead of acting on anything. Let me know what you think. R.I.P. Alexis <3

"

Two worlds apart, so much in common.

Your a girl, I'm a guy.

But deep down, depression has no gender.

You were pushed to your limits, like so many of us.

I wish there was something that could have been done.

I'm sorry this happened.

I'm sorry for all the heartless people in this world.

I wish that I had the chance to get to know you,

I haven't heard one thing bad about you.

Kind, caring, loving, had friends, loved soccer.

But that wasn't enough. Nothing can be enough.

I am writing this, not to make anyone upset.

I am not writing this for my enjoyment.

I am writing this because it's the only thing I CAN do.

I don't know you, but it feels we've been friends forever.

I wish you all the love my heart can muster, and hope that others will do the same.

Rest In Peace Alexis Pilkington.

You will never be forgotten.
