The Open Book

The Open Book

A Poem by Samantha Amber

An open book

Thats the begining

But to open one

You must close another

When you said yes to her

You said no to me

Now,

Put down that book

full of lies

and betrayals

And open mine,

full of love

and honesty

Willing to except every flaw

Every difference

You gave me the courage

To open my heart

we never know how good a book is until we open it , but we certainly can tell a bad one if it has been opened. I hope the choice to read your book is the one that is made.
