Letters from an Open Heart #3

Letters from an Open Heart #3

A Poem by Alexander Foerster
"

The third from my series

"

I feel I was wrong asking you my question
"Would you ever go out with me?"
Will you change how our friendship is?
I know my feelings are alone between us
I know there was not any lead on, any mixed signals
The feelings I have are the feelings I went off of.
I took the chance to see if yours were the same
Knowing your heart is in pieces.
Maybe one day when your heart is ready
You will let me piece it back together.
Show you the world you have always wanted to see
The world you deserve, the world I want to give you.

This is the first series I have ever done with my poetry; these words I use came straight from my heart and are very personal to me. If you do review this series please be thoughtful of my feelings I have poured into them.
