freedoms chains

freedoms chains

A Poem by Kimberly Wolke

Paint dries on the walls of solitude
Captivating the beauty of every molecule
A warm rush of light flows through my veins
Breaking away normality's chains
Freedom runs in feilds of the leashed
Knowing the chance has been finally reached
To follow no more
To relax feet now sore
And take it all in...
Take in the madness people crave
While watching the young dance on elder graves.
