911; I'm in love with you

911; I'm in love with you

A Poem by Taylor Anne

It's unbelievably amazing how everything you say,

seems to subtly bow me away,

and you've got me sitting here,

shaking so violently,

because every word you say sends shivers down my spine,

and it feels like someone has kicked me in the ribs,

but I've wanted this - no wait, I take that back -

I've wanted YOU,

for so long that being so close is driving me insane,

honestly, it's getting so hard to breathe,

feels like you're doing reverse CPR,

'cause your lips,

they suffocate,

my love-stricken heart,

but I don't really need oxygen do I,

I can live off love right,

I hope so because I cannot even imagine leaving at this point,

I'm sitting on top of a roof,

72 stories high,

for everything I love about you,

and they say it's just a phase besides we're too young to be in love,

but I don't care what they say,

I know what love is,

and it feels like I've swallowed a heater,

it's 204 in my heart,

and I know when I'm with you it feels like I'm falling and flying at the same time,

so tell me is this aesthetic feeling real,

or am I simply falling instead of falling in love,

because your face is pulsing through my thoughts,

all for you,

how is it that I've lived so long without you here,

for at this point I cannot concieve a thought of my life without you,

so shall we care if they're watching,

or just let them stare,

I mean,

we both know none of them feel this way about anyone.
