What We Thought We All WantedA Poem by DemiiWe all want to grow up, but when we grow up eventually that reality we thought we saw, shows us up, slowly as we try to become something we are not, children and people we know sit alone drinking to get drunk, lying, having sex without a care, parents up all night calling you're friends who are unaware, but they're really just sitting there trying be calm, reality kicks in, your mind starts to scream, if your friends could only see your dreams, if the skies could only just redeem, if the positive's didn't break out the endlessness packages and seams, trying to keep everything in life balanced to somewhat remain the same, but the biggest regret we will have is not teaching our children to learn to love someone who want's their maiden name, to learn to love life until the day they will see love in its greatest flame
