Gypsy blood.A Poem by The Waterlily Pad
That wolf in disguise of a sweet-licked tongue,
A cunning smile placed firmly to hold her In place. Funny, that, The girl you took her virgin case: A pure little token in an animal disgrace, Can have so much effect. A little bit in her minds place; That empty, hollow fear that eats her mind restlessly. Oh, that gone distantly memory of a fragrant one, A young bud, a slowly progressing one, Hung in the air, consuming the sun, A little plight to sacrifice. A little secret locked lovingly in a pursed locket, A stab of realisation of value. A yearn to kiss the days- Again. It makes it hard to forget, But she moves on in the gypsy tune. The "gypsy" blood, The "gypsy" mind, The "gypsy" heart, Engraved in a matter of time. You. You find it all confusing. Where does this start? Or rather, when does it end?! Emotions collide in a heap of stress, The girls wit is round the bend. And let you take her virgin innocence, A child no longer, Endure the life of a promised land, Overdose with grief to no Emotions. But darling, I'm full of surprises, In a net of handpick end wild flowers, Pick the fresh, ripe one. It's been used and grasped already... Replacing it is a wolf, You don't know how strong she is till you've hit her weak spot, Surprised? So be it. Be suprised. And it comes and goes, In the rhythm of gypsy blood. Funny that, You thought I'd stay. © 2015 The Waterlily PadAuthor's Note
