Anorexia

This is basicly my perception on Anorexia Nervosa.

Anorexia… it is not as simple as it seems. It is dark and very deep. Makes you so depressed and upset your stomach hurts and eyes water. It is hard to get over because it makes you so over emotional. You get uncontrollable feelings of wanting to die because you feel so low. You will still feel low even when there is no apparent reason for it. You hate yourself and start to hate everyone else. Trust… what trust? It does not exist. Even when you are recovering you still only just start to trust people. It’s so hard. I know you don’t want to give up but you can’t seem to control your feelings? Seriously you just want to be happy and it never seems to work right? You just want to be happy ; this is so painful you can’t describe it. What do you do when pain don’t go away no matter what you do and you want help ,but no one seems to help? Yet you will never give up hope. You was not born this way, so you should be able to change. Anorexia is one big lie and once it gets you , you begin to be a big liar to everyone and most of all yourself. Believe me you do not deserve this so stop punishing yourself and start sorting out your problems properly. You only punish yourself because it’s the easiest thing to do. In the end it is not easy. No one deserves that much sadness and stress. Come on … where did you go? Because I am sure you miss the old you. ox
