Everything was once so new,
With every kiss the sparks flew.
Every touch sent chills down my spine,
Everything felt right, because you were mine.
All our words seemed so honest and so sincere.

All our empty promises sounded good to our ears,
We never would’ve imagined our end was almost here.
The constant fights left wounds too deep to heal,

As the years drag on, it’s obvious our love is gone.
