Seasons Change

Seasons Change

A Poem by InkStainedHands

Winter
Cold, quiet, still
Beautiful, yet silent will
Pulling away from me

Spring
Sunshine and rain showers
Blossoming like the flowers
Wondering what this could be

Summer
Hot, demanding, desperate
Any cold makes its exit
Bare skin for the eyes to see

Autumn
Beautiful leaves, reds and greens
Falling, dancing through the trees
Do I fall too or walk free

And thus, the seasons repeat
In the same way
As you and me
