Who rejoices in pain,

other than the RainLover?

Who gets hurt & betrayed

but yet willingly remains a fool,

other than the RainLover?

Who loves those that give nothing in return,

other than the RainLover?

 

Who stays up all night, like an owl,

but with eyes closed,

curled up in the darkness

between shadows of the unkown,

other than the RainLover?

 

Who is passionate..

yet elusive?

Who is this enigmatic..

yet Romantic, realist?

Who else?

other than the RainLover.

I like the poem a lot. I understand the logic of this poem. Rainlovers are a odd people. Like to hear the rain dance upon the earth and their homes. No weakness in the outstanding poetry.
