A Reason

I never got a reason why,

I didn't get to say goodbye.

To the one I held most dear.

To the one that calmed my fears.

A heart like yours could of been treasured and sold.

At least now you are at rest,

and simply because you are the best.

I like this poem. I would add a line that rhymes with sold before the line, "At least now you are at rest" But other than that very nice :-)
