lieing here, night, soaking in the day.
what's on my mind?, stuck, on replay.

your arms around me, secure, protected.
you, asleep, sweet dreams, neglected.

no music, silence, TV - blank.
thoughts seeping in, no dreams all fake.

alone again, your unconscious, missing you.
wanting your touch, don't wake, kissing you.

fear of nothing, darkness
a friend
the voices, mistreatment
slowly breaking in

come get me, rip my soul
bruise what remains
security, he promised
he'll break these chains
