Doesn't she look she doesn't want to cry?
But they both are hiding something deep inside...

See that guy with a group of friends?
Doesn't he look like he loves being their buddy?
See that guy with the girl he's talking to?
Doesn't he look like loves her like a friend?
But they both are hiding something deep inside...

The truth is...
The girl with the pretty face
is hiding the fact that she is abused...
The girl with the brilliant smile
is hiding the fact that she wants to cry over her life...
The guy with the group of friends
is hiding the fact that he can't stand them...
The guy talking with the girl
is hiding the fact that he loves her with all his heart...
See! They all are hiding something
inside...!

Interesting. I dig the way you worded these things. Showed everyday people, and then revealed their secrets. Pretty good concept. The last two lines don't do much for me.
It's obvious that everyones hiding something but it does show your enthusiasm for the hidden details, so in that regard it does work. Keep up the good writing.
