Twisted.

Twisted.

A Poem by oranges_melt
"

let's change this tragic world.

"

Thoughts recieving, wild slumber,
waking from the cold december,
spinning lies and woven twist,
can go on days, a sorry list,

lies are opened like your pores,
as mankind breaks and walks on fours,
like static charging through your veins,
like watching droplets as it rains,

it's sad to see what we've become,
breaking, leaving, crying some,
tears are left as they are born,
and father's deaths are who to mourn,

singing, praising, praying, dies,
that's tangled up in woven lies,
broken down to piece by piece,
til we go on to days we cease,

our lives are twisted, where's the Lord,
killing, bleeding, stabbing sword,
what is Earth, the test of God,
the killing's only left us awed.

This is really powerful. I believe that God is just watching us make a huge mess of this place, but it wasn't meant to last forever...
