When In DoubtA Poem by oranges_meltLet it Out.No way out of this insane, the lost hope of our pain, the smoke is blurring up the trail, what if we end up in the jail?
Stub the cigarette up high, tangled up in this own lie, rubbed in my face--twist my words, no, I can't hear the birds,
Walking alone--no where to breathe, lost in this shadow--puke up and heave, beer is lost up in the clouds, no, I can't hear those sounds,
alone, afraid, where are my friends, where is my life--what might God sends, sick and uncontrallable--unable to see, the deeds of this smoke--what it's done to me,
broken up inside this world, the glass shattered--what I hurled, where is my mother--the image blur, I'm lost in my shadow, yes, no, sir,
I throw out the cig pack, but at least I'm not lost, the room is pitch black, but my life's not the cost.
