ConfiscatedA Poem by oranges_meltlocked up.As the world spins round'n'round, the sky seems to touch the ground, my heart seems so less to travel, as the mystery scene starts to unravel,
the clues to my heart are much too mixed, the computers old but the printer's fixed, the world has never been so black and white, what a wonderful world--without the sight,
the children play too often of games, I'll find you soon through cars or trains, the sunset seems to touch the ground, but without the love--without a sound,
I know it may be just you and me, what is there? Much or less to see, love is blind but we were deaf, to drugs, beers, and perilous meth,
love is never too near or far, just drive around in your Lexus car, it's easy, free and complicated, your license plate's been confiscated,
I know it seems as easy as that, you, your friend, and your Siamese cat, calling your phone is a simple thing, you and your friends mess with yo' bling,
but now we're locked up in hearts and jail, do you think our parents will try to bail? Do you think we'll be locked up for good, Did we do anything that we should?
I think we messed up pretty bad this time, not a single penny will get us out of this shrine, I'm locked up in my heart and sorrowful pain, is it me or am I going insane?
I think maybe we should try it again, when will it happen--then or when? Love has been the mark of the truth, but at least we've got our very youth.
