Chapter One:So It Begins

    "Why Rachel?" I said with tears in my eyes.Rachel was staring at the ground,tears running down her face.
"Im sorry Eskay...I love you so much,but...I dont know I just feel like I should be with Ben."
I put my hand on her chin and lifted her head up so I could look into her eyes.
    "If you feel as though you should be with him then I'm not going to stop you.Just remember,I will always love you and I will always be
here for you when you need me." Rachel had started crying harder as I gave her one last kiss before she ran into the house. Of course I felt
upset because of it, but I had to let Rachel live her life and I would do anything to make her happy. I couldnt force her to stay with me,so there
wasn't anything I could do to change her mind.
    Just as I started to walk off of her porch it started to snow."Just my luck." I said as I started walking down the sidewalk passing the
well lit houses on either side of me. I stopped to see a young boy and his parents sitting around the christmas tree opening presents. I saw
the boy holding a small dog in the air.
    He put the dog down and gave his mom and dad a hug. Of course I had to smile. Nothing better than seeing a kid happy on
christmas. I remember being a child opening presents as dad walked in with a big box. I was so excited and had no idea what was in the box,
but when I opened it the box was empty.
    I gave my father a funny look as he said "Oh! I forgot to put your present in the box. Just sit down and close your eyes. No peeking!"
So I sat down and waited for my father to come in the room with my present. I was still waiting as I felt something crawling around on my lap.
I opened my eyes to see a miniature chihuahua licking my face. "Thank you daddy! Thank you,thank you,thank you!" I screamed as I hug him.
"Your welcome son."
    I finally snapped back to reality to see that the snow was falling harder and it was getting colder outside. I continued walking as I hearda familiar voice. "Hey Eskay need a ride?" I turned to my right to notice Ben in his old,beat up Camaro. "Yeah,sure Ben." I said.
     "Haha get in." He opened the car doors and I got in the car. As I was getting in the car he was messing with something in the back seat, and I noticed him cover something up with a blanket. "Where to?" "Home I guess."

     "Eskay,I don't want any bad feelings between us.Sure we barely know eachother but the friendship we have now I dont want ruined." "I agree." I said looking forward as we drove into my driveway. "Eskay take care of yourself. Ill see you later."

     Reluctantly...I was home. I opened the door to the dark and creaky house. "Jenny I'm home!"

Jenny and I met in a trauma hospital a few years back. Jenny was in there on account of her father killing her mother, himself meanwhile making Jenny watch. A month or so after that she tried to commit suicide.

     I was in the facilty on for the same reason, the death of my parents. My parents and I were coming back from the mall and pulling into our driveway. My father,the gentleman he was, got out of the car, went to my mothers door and opened it. Just then I heard gunshots and saw my father fall to the ground. I then head more gunshots and saw my mother fall.

     The man ran through my yard to the other side of the house. I ran after him to see that he was resting against the house. I ran up to him and socked him in the face. As soon as he fell I jumped onto him and continued to punch him. When I finally quit I realized what I had done...I killed him.
