A Lovey Dovey Poem.

No more of this world can I take.
All this pain, sadness, heartache & more
I cannot live with.
Instead from this world
I shall depart.
Leaving all this hurt behind
I will love;
Not having to live with pain will be grand.

I know you love me,
So when this world I depart
We shall not be apart.
For my heart I will rip out
And leave with you.
Why you ask?
All because my heart
Has always belonged to you.
My heart shall always belong to you
For my heart loves you.

As this world I depart
Please, do not cry
For we shall never be apart.

It's not THAT lovey dovey. To me "lovey dovey" are these corny poems constantly saying "oh I luv u, i luv u so much I always wanna kiss u!" and stuff like that.

I will not deny that this IS indeed a love poem, and there's more to it than just "i luv u", which I like. This poem is very relatable since we all hate pain and suffering, especially when its our own. We may hate everything about this world, except for one person and you may want to leave this world, but the only reason you're staying is because of that one person. Here you are giving your loving heart to your partner and leaving her behind as you leave the world, however you'll always be with her in binds with your heart.
