The summary

In the recent years, the world as the human race had once known, has fallen. The affects of human modernization and intellectual intelligence was the source of the hindering of the only planet, according to man, capable of sustaining life.
A government rehabilitation quarantine, settled in North America , is the home of the remaining population. No one comes in and no one with half a decent mind dares to go out; the old days of 7 continents is nothing but a lost memento. . .
Recently, the government has announced a new proposal: One may leave the quarantine at his/her own risk if they can maneuver 30 different settings of tests.
Skylar Mckarthey is the only threat to the government. On a mission to find her brother after he mysteriously disappears during an unexpected uprising, she finds herself questioning the loyalty of everyone around her, and discovers the truth of the secrets she would've preferred to have been left unrevealed. In the end, there are no secrets, no one can be trusted, and no one is safe.
