Why can't you be

like everyone else?

that's what i hear everyday

Why can't you at least try

to be normal?

that's what they say

when i appear

does anyone know

behind the faded lines

the story that lies

the pain held behind

her dark green eyes

the b*****s and dicks

tell her all day

to be just like them

in every way

but she won't give in

she just hides the scars

and says screw you

like she doesn't care

she doesn't want to stay

so she hides in the music room all day

for the sounds that could save her

might just be there

and when she gets kicked out

she hides in the shadows

waiting for the day

she can finally break away
