If love is just silly,
then weapons are dumb.
Forget ammunition,
shoot roses, not guns.

War harms the strongest,
peace mends the wounds.
If love is the weapon,
we'll be free soon.

Dear Writer,

Short poems are just short whims that pop into our head at a minutes notice. In my opinion, short poems are better because they convey the most when written properly. I can't say any real critique for this, except to always keep writing. The more you keep writing, the more you will grow. Learn that there is no level of perfection, so even if people expect you to always do your best regardless if you're hurting, remember these words: "All I can, all I could ever be, is all worthless, until I learn where I be."

Peace is not silly. I agree with Marshall down below that Peace will never occur because the Bible even says it won't. Benjamin Franklin once said something to the effect that, "freedom is worthless unless you have truth." I believe you can also restate it as, "peace is worthless unless you have unity." Of what worth is peace without a foundation? Of what worth is peace if the sword hath lost its tip?

Eh. Me and my ramblings. War is horrible, but peace is impossible. Peace will only exist in life after death, this is what I know and believe. Sure, for "Christianity" we in America have had a long interval of freedom peace, but peace will never end until the flesh is nailed dead. Good job writing, continue it! 9.2/10.
