A Poem For you

A poem I wrote for my amazing fiance, TJ Jess Beckley <3

Each and every day

I wake up to see your face

And I can’t help but thank God

That I am in this place

 

Every time we touch

I feel my body melt

I wonder if you feel

Everything I’ve felt

 

You hold me oh so close

And wrap your arms around me

I feel your heart beat against mine

There’s nowhere else I’d rather be

 

From the very first kiss

To the moment we met

There is nothing about you

That I will ever forget

 

I just want you to know

Just how much I love you

More than words could ever explain

Especially after all we’ve been through

 

Everything that we’ve done

And the adventures that we’ve had

I’m glad they’re all with you

From the good times to the bad

 

Laying in your bed

Falling asleep next to you

The dreams I have each night

Have to do with us two

 

I love you more

Than anything there is

I’m glad that I can say

Yeah, I’m his

 

Everything that you’ve done

Made me fall in love with you

I’ll be yours forever

If you will be mine, too
