Sugar Streets

Sugar Streets

A Poem by Tori
"

Just a little lovesick goodness.

"

You're the light spring rain
And I am made of sugar.
Stepping on cracks in the pavement
Has never felt so good
As when we're together
And I am slowly melting.
Drips, drops, puddles of sweet
Lovesick
Little-old-me
Crystallize on the street
The lovely street where you live.
And as you, summer rain, meet
Me, sugar-delicious...

We are sweeter than ever.
