Lavender Moonlight

Lavender Moonlight

A Poem by Tori
"

Love meets shyness meets innocence.

"

Bathed softly in the sparkle of the lavender moonlight
Your innocence begins to shine through.
The sharp angles and bones and hollows of your face
Are seemingly put into soft focus, blurred and smooth
And you. look. perfect.
All I want to do is lose my fingers in your hair
Pull your face to mine and
Look at you, study you, run my lips over every inch
Of your beautiful, angelic, miraculous face
Memorizing it -- memorizing you -- by sight and touch
And taking in your smoky clean scent
Just so I'll be able to remember this --
Remember you --
Forever.
Because this moment will end.
But it'll live on forever in my heart.
