Blind DateA Poem by Brandon
As I walked toward the door My heart was making a clatter I started to sweat As I felt a pain in my bladder
I knocked on the door As my stomach was in knots I waited patiently Maintaining a steady thought
Trying not to worry As well as trying to breathe This is the moment of truth What will she think of me
There she was In all of her shine I was almost speechless The thought of her being mine
Now another started to rise What does she think of me Does she like me too Could it just be
We said our hellos And walked out the door This started our blind date But there is still so much more
